Pine Ridge Village Apartments
Northern Arizona University opened Pine Ridge Village Apartments in August 2002. This residence hall houses 336 students, and features units with private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and dining area, and a washer and dryer. The village also features a community center with front desk, fireplace, game room, study room, and exercise room.
The University built Pine Ridge as a co-ed upperclassmen residence hall. Due to a campus housing shortage, Residence Life changed this rule in 2013 to allow sophomores to also live in Pine Ridge.
The Pine Ridge Village Hall Association brings residents together at BBQ cookouts, hall parties, and game nights. Residents also stay connected through the hall Facebook page.
