Community meetings were held all across Flagstaff in attempt to get every citizen involved. These meetings were publicized with fliers as well as articles in local news outlets including the Arizona Daily Sun.

Comments and questions were taken constantly. The Flagstaff 2020 teams, including the Management Committee, Project Management Team, and Vision Task Force, were always responding to concerns and issues that were brought forward by residents of greater Flagstaff.
