The Young and the Rest of Us
Archivists and staff at the Cline Library Special Collections and Archives possess a variety of backgrounds. They boast undergraduate and graduate degrees in Archives Administration, English, Education, History, Library Science, Mathematics, Photography, and other social sciences. Outside of the archives, they enjoy river rafting, long-distance running, hiking, dancing, cooking, home decoration, surfing, car shows, collecting antiques, softball, brewing beer, gardening, and playing drums, among other activities. Such a broad range of interests is a particular strength and helps make the archives a well-rounded resource. Staff members use their expertise to assist patrons with the many storylines encompassed in the archives.
