Katie Lee was a dynamic and complex person with many talents, loves, and emotions, who passionately pursued different careers and projects. As a result, she has a long list of attributes. Katie Lee was a folk singer and songwriter, an actress, author, advocate, river-runner, explorer, traveler, lover, and friend.
Northern Arizona University’s Special Collections and Archives celebrates the life of Katie Lee and the impacts she had, and continues to have, with the exhibit Full Circle: The Life and Legacies of Katie Lee. Special Collections and Archives houses the Katie Lee Collection, which Lee donated to SCA over the course of many years. Related archival collections, including the Tad Nichols and Richard (Dick) Sprang Collections, are also housed at Special Collections and Archives. These collections are all available for public viewing in the Miriam Lamont Reading Room at Cline Library.
The physical counterpart of this online exhibit will be on display on the second floor of Cline Library in Special Collections and Archives from October 2019 through 2021.
