This image looks east along 2nd street. The building now houses the Winslow Visitor Center, whose employees were incredibly helpful in identifying locations of some of the Winslow images. The building in the right foreground is now gone. In order to align the photograph I utilized the front facade of the building as well as the small protruding piece of the building. This repeat photograph was made during mid-afternoon. This building was originally the Hubbell Trading Post.

This image looks eat along 1st street. The difficulty in repeating this image was also due to building collapses. The only remaining buildings are the large two-story building, as well as the rounded building on the far right. In order to repeat this image I aligned the thirds of the picture. Finding the far left side was nearly impossible without any visual anchors. This entire block of Winslow is now decrepit and nearly vacant; however, there is a nice gazebo just out of the right hand frame of this image. The building pictured used to be the Babbitt's Store.

This image looks south across 2nd street. The building now houses Bojoâ's, a restaurant. The mural on the side of the building remains, and has been retouched by the current owner of the building, in order to preserve the image. In repeating this photograph it became clear that the original photographer tilted the camera to the left. In repeating the image I maintained a level camera angle, forcing a slightly different crop of the building.

This image looks north from 1st street to 2nd street. The difficulties in relocating this location, as well as rephotographing the image came from the deterioration of the buildings, as both corner buildings have collapsed. However, the Rialto Theater building still stands, as does the three story building on the right hand side, both of these building facilitated the rephotograph.
