The select images from our collection celebrate the Fred Harvey Company through its contributions of unique architecture, train travel, delicious food served by a smiling Harvey Girl, and menu art. The partnership of the Fred Harvey Company and the Santa Fe Railway is evidenced through the iconic cultural and geographic imagery that came to define the Southwest for many tourists and travelers.
