The Action Team hoped that in the year 2020, art and music would be a prominent aspect of life in Flagstaff, people of all ages would have access to high-quality and affordable learning and growth opportunities, from primary school up to higher education, and that new and old scientific achievements would distinguish Flagstaff from other communities.
