While at NAU, she coordinated programs with many service organizations, including Youth in Action and AmeriCorps. I think this is something we should do.\u201d Of course, when I interviewed they were like, \u201cYou\u2019re an NAU person.\u201d And I said, \u201cYes, and the benefit you get is, you\u2019re not displacing someone for 18 months. You have an employee who has benefits and health insurance.\u201d Key points, right? We\u2019ll serve the need. So I interviewed on February 1st, and they called me on February 14th.
