CAMPBELL HALL 1916
Designed by architect J. O. Craig in the Jeffersonian (Roman) Classical style and built in 1916, Babbitt Hall, as it was originally called, was intended from the beginning to serve as a residence hall. Traditionally Campbell Hall, named in honor of Arizona Governor Hugh Campbell, has housed upperclass women (juniors and seniors), honor students, and mature students. Remodeled in 1920, 1937, and again in the 1950s, Campbell Hall currently serves as the women's honor hall.
