Copying/Reproduction Prices
Reproduction services include digital black-and-white and color prints or images on CDs, slides, and audio and video tape duplication.

Request copies of archival images, sound files, and films. If you plan to use the copies for purposes of publication, reproduction, exhibit, or public display, this form must be accompanied by the Application for Permission to Publish/Produce (below).

Deed of Gift Agreement
