The cost of prints, slides, digital image file or media is the sum of the processing fees, shipping fees and any applicable commercial use fees associated with the patron's order.

Items from a manuscript collection are treated as graphics for reproduction and commercial use fees (e.g., a digitally reproduced four-page letter would cost $60 at $15/page; using those images in a TV commercial would be $200/page). See Use Fees for commercial use fees.
Payment terms: Prepayment by check, MasterCard or Visa is required prior to processing any order. Checks should be payable to NAU CLINE LIBRARY.
Shipping: $15.00 per order within the continental United States. Patrons may bill their established FedEx account. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipments will be priced accordingly.
Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment; order processing time can be cut in half by adding 100% of the processing fees to the price.
