Request Media Reserves

Request Media Reserves: Use this form to request that media items be placed on reserve in Media Services for course use. To schedule movies or music to play over NAU cable TV, pick up at the Media Services desk, or use in the library, please use the Schedule Movies & Music Form.

Physical Media Reserves are media items that are held in physical form in Media Services at Cline Library, which students can view in the library or request to be displayed on one of the library's on campus channels

Digitized Streaming Media is a new Cline Library service that allows for use of media in an electronic format instead of in a physical format. That is, the library will digitize library-held media items for use in course support through the Blackboard Vista online course management system
)
Please make a selection.

Digitized Streaming Media will be uploaded into the File Manager of your Blackboard Vista shell for the requested course. You will receive instructions via the email you provided above regarding how to make your Digitized Streaming Media available to your students in your Vista shell.

Note: Cline Library Reserves staff members will request temporary designer access to your Vista course shell in order to process your Digitized Streaming Media request.

Unless otherwise requested, Physical Media Reserves will be placed on Reserves for the duration of the semester for which the request was made.
