Request Course Reserves Items

New Course Resources Request form Course Reserves now provides Digitized Streaming Audio.
Please request Reserve Type: Digitized Streaming Media for both Streaming Audio and Streaming Video services.

NAU instructors: Use this form to request any combination of reserves items for your course(s).

Fill out the instructor information once at the top, then fill out the Request Item section with your course information.
Choose a reserve type – Electronic Reserves; Digitized Streaming Media; Print Reserves; or Physical Media Reserves – and fill out the details for a single item, e.g., an article or book chapter for electronic reserves, video or audio resources, or a book or media item for physical reserves.
Click on the "Add another item" button to request a second reserves item and repeat the process for as many items of any type, for as many courses, as you want. Click "Remove an item" if you change your mind.
Once you're done, click the Submit button.
