Course Reserves for Students

Electronic Reserves

Course ResourcesThe library works with instructors to place electronic reserve readings and other course-related e-resources in Blackboard Vista courses. A Vista course or "shell" exists for every NAU class regardless of whether it is primarily taught online, in a classroom, or a combination of both.

Students needing to locate electronic reserves for a specific course should log in to Blackboard Vista and select it from the course list.

Print and Media Reserves

Print and media reserves (books, print copies, DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, etc.) may be picked up at the library's Media Services desk. Search for print or media reserves:

Course Name (examples: BME 634 or MUS 661)
Instructor's Name (last name first: Ogden or Ogden, Linda)

Type the , then click "Go!":
